Bartending Services
What do we provide?
Pre-event planning: We help you plan everything you will need for your bar setup including glassware, decisions on types and amounts of alcohol, and creation of signature cocktails!
Day of services: We arrive a few hours before your ceremony/reception to set up the bar, serve through the end of the event, and clean up afterwards ensuring all things bar-related are taken care of and you and your guests have a memorable experience.
What don't we provide?
Alcohol: We do not possess a liquor license. Instead, you purchase all of the alcohol for your event, and we serve it for you. If it is helpful, we can even pick up items that you have prepaid for so you have one less thing to worry about on the week of your wedding.
Where do we work?
Types of sites: Most of our events are backyard weddings, and at local venues that do not have their own bar and bar staff.
Location: We are based in Stockton Springs, and our focus is Downeast and the greater Bangor area. That said, we'll go anywhere! Especially, if there are pretty ocean or mountain views in the background.
How much does it cost to host an open bar?
This varies greatly depending upon what types and tiers of alcohol you carry for guests. When working with us, you can choose what you provide. We will help you determine quantities, types, brands, etc.; but the most common approach is to provide beer, wine and a couple of signature cocktails/mocktails. Using this approach, with mid-tier brands such as Gnarly Head, Cavit, Jim Bean, Captain Morgan, and a mix of craft and domestic beers will cost roughly $8 per guest.
What do we charge?
Our price varies based upon the size of your wedding. Interested in booking for 2024? Reach out and request more information.
In 2025, we will be charging a flat rate of $1,000 to provide 1 bartender and 1 busser. This cost is inclusive of all equipment, taxes, fees, insurance and business expenses. Each additional bartender is $250.00.
Are there any additional costs?
Generally, no. We try to keep things very simple for you (and us!). The only additional cost may be for travel if it is a considerable distance from our location.
