Coffee Catering

What do we provide?

We seek to provide a level of service that is of the highest level possible. We focus on providing high quality coffee at a reasonable rate, and maintain our company culture of customer service. We achieve this by sourcing high quality, small-farm grown and small-batched roasted coffees from a local business. Additionally, we will utilize coffees that celebrate the local, unique features of our state.


How does it work?

A member of our team will prep all necessary items off-site in a local, inspected and certified kitchen. This will be done in accordance to state food-safety regulations and best practices.  The items will then be delivered to your location(s) where self-serve coffee bar(s) will be set up. All equipment needed will be provided by Downeast Pours.


What do we need from you?

For a successful service, the venue must be able/willing to provide:

-a space that is roughly 6’ x 30” for the coffee bar.

-access to electricity near the coffee bar site.

-access to water, a traditional kitchen sink is sufficient, at each location.

-pre-arrival coordination with guests to ensure we are meeting their expectations and needs.


Where do we work?

Location: We are based in Stockton Springs, and our focus is Downeast and the greater Bangor area.  That said, we'll go anywhere!  Especially, if there are pretty ocean or mountain views in the background.


What do we charge?

Our prices vary based upon the complexity of your setup, size of your group, and location.  Generally, the cost comes to roughly $5-6/12 oz. cup of coffee- which is inclusive of tax, gratuity, and cost of all related accoutrement (creamer, milks, sugar, flavor syrups, etc.).
